(1) The VOCs exhaust gas emitted from the production line is collected and sent to the bellows , which is pre-treated by the filter and cooler, and its temperature is reduced to below 40 °C after the cooler, and then streamed by the centrifugal fan into the adsorption tank equipped with activated carbon.
(2) When VOCs waste gas passes through the activated carbon layer, it is adsorbed in the pores by the activated carbon, and the air passes through the carbon layer. The exhaust gas that meets the discharge requirements is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney of the adsorption tank.
(3) The adsorption tank adsorbs for a certain time, the system automatically passes low-pressure steam and hot gas to extract the solvent, and then starts the vacuum fan for suction, so that the activated carbon is regenerated.
(4) After the organic solvent and water vapor desorbed from the surface of the activated carbon enter the condenser and condense into a liquid, the mixed liquid enters the specific gravity separation tank for automatic separation, the separated solvent liquid enters the storage tank (for rectification and purification), and the waste water is directly discharged to the wastewater treatment field or sent to the rectification tower.
